Testing Step!

E-mail Print PDF
After built all the parts and assembling the robot, our next step was to implement the components of the robot.
We are now in the testing step, making the programming of the sensors and control the robot.
In the next pictures, we were programming the ultrasonic sensors with Arduino Uno:

The first end design may be such, already incorporating sensors(ultrasonic) and controller(Arduino Uno).

First Steps.

The working group consists of four members: Rodrigo Lopez, Victor Obregón, Pablo Martinez and Oscar González.
The various functions to be performed will be distributed among the members, thus optimizing the work to be performed and allowing us to dig deeper into each of the project activities.

The main activities to do in these first steps focus on the choice of the prototype robot to use (in our case a caterpillar), the electronic platform that will be used (arduino), and the programming of the robot and its functions.

The robot consist of a caterpillar form and shape (tank model) with ultrasonic sensors (to measure distance), a pH and humidity sensor (arduino toolkit), and a geolocation system and GPS for positioning.
